Well that's why i have "some" accounts :D

One for pure spam... a few dedicated to specific sites, posting just updates... and one dedicated to "The Biz" :)

You can't add RSS feed on twitter account but U can make it really easily to use .
First one : use a Tweet manager ... I use Tweetdeck (www.tweetdeck.com) as it authorize me to manage many accounts at the same time , but there are many in many plateform including portable etc ...
U can also link all the social network U own on twitter ( as U can see on our Myspace, Tumblr etc ...) so U update your news on Twitter as stream on them ...
Finally add a badge of it on your website can help , if U got any question feel free to hit me back ;)

U will see ...it's really usefull as i know U can also create twitter account for your other website , U will be able to answer or retweet in ONE window forr all your account, simply adding colomns mentions of each acccount ... they also shrink the links and authorize longer tweets automaticaly ..;)
