Niche reflections or what are we doing wrong

According to webstatistics people spent 4,9 billion dollars on porn in internet in 2006 (http://internet-filter-review.toptenreviews.com/internet-pornography-statistics.html#anchor1)
42% (and growing every year) of all internet surfers watch porn in internet.
Thats an estimation of 400 million unique users who watch porn every day.

Lets calculate now, there are around 200 niches (which i have counted on chameleon submitter)
that means (if every niche had around the same clicks, which of course is not the case) every niche has around 2 million fans. Lets estimate the leg, stocking, pantyhose niche has around 1 million fans worldwide.
The largest TGP in that niche is, i think stocking-tease which receives around 100000 unique visitors a day (correct me if that is wrong) and most of the traffic they receive is not even leg,nylon related (take a look who he trades with)
So i am asking you, WHERE ARE THE STOCKING AND LEG FANS ?!?
Imagine that almost every man in the world likes legs or legs covered with nylon. if that would not be so, they would not sell stockings or pantyhose all around the world.
I tell you that should be a much more popular niche than mentioned above (or do you really believe that worldwide are only 2 million men who like stockings, legs..?)

What I am trying to say is, that we are receiving far to low traffic. Be honest with youself guys ! (ask yourself how many uniques you really receive a day and ask you if that is a lot in comparison with the numbers i have mentioned).
The avaerage leg webmaster receives maybe around 10k uniques a day if he is doing fine. And how many leg tgps are out there (60, 70 ? ) plus a few hundred more which only trade traffic and criss cross their traffic in between their sites.

I ask again... where are the leg and stocking fans...?!? what are we doing wrong ??

Oh yes,..Eddi !

And more than this...you talk about the TGP, but the personnal websites aren't running at their best !...For the investissement of time and money, many of them give up...There are many legmodels websites running by group ( in germany for exemple ....
I have found a promotion for XXX websites on my TV recently, with a disguise of " Meeting Chat ", and There is a reality show with some models in The Heffner Manor !!!!....
I think it is just a question of cash for the diffusion...
And ..."stocking Fans " ... there are porn fans...but ...look I am wearing stockings...so I am a stocking fan :D...but many of "fans" look the free content in the TGP and THAT'S ALL....so the main websites don't touch any cash ...

Actually I just read a news article about how most women aren't buying pantyhose/nylons anymore and instead just going bare... not exactly on topic but as more women stop using those products won't consumption of the porn increase as men search to fulfill their fantasies?

As with all "true" niches the traffic isn't going to be anywhere as plentiful as say "anal" or "teen", but your conversions should be MUCH MUCH better then the more general "niches".

its an interesting discussion. If you look at the most prominent pantyhose board (LycraPavel's), you will see they have approx 17.000 members. Any other medium sized porn board has much more. So dont forget that fetish is already a niche and pantyhose a subcategory of this. Also if you look at the 200 categories, I am sure the old 20/80 rule applies, that means 20% of the categories do 80% of the traffic. However, I also think that the leg/stocking/pantyhose traffic should be higher. Maybe the fans just dont find as as easy as you can find other porn stuff?
