Photoshop help plz plz plz!!!

Hey everyone, it was my fathers birthday last week so I wanted to post a funny pic of my dad on my personal blog, basically just cut my dads picture of his face and put it on a different persons body in Photoshop

Can somebody plz take a few minutes to walk me thru how to do this please?
