Here's my question... does it still work? Is traffic consistent? Is it still making you cash?

Teensinpantyhose.com has been virtually the same for the last five years as well... I have done complete redesigns about 4 or 5 times and killed it because the last major redesign I implemented, the site tanked for two months.

Remember the New Coke and good ol' Bill Cosby? Well that tanked.

If it's working, do some minor changes and tweaks.

Just my humble opinion....

and yes, the traffic is still VERY consistent, and making great $$$ with the site, even thought it requires little work :)

Not a problem... I have been guilty of making change for the sake of making change and suffered the consequences. There have been times where I have been doing really well with a paysite, they change their tour and WHAMMO... no sales. I hate that...

yea that sucks, i do very well with the current layout, guess i'm gonna re arrange things VERY midly including that stupid ugly header that pisses me off everytime i see it lol

Looks fine to me today and yesterday. Maybe stop smoking that Thai shit for a couple days then check again. :p
