Anyone Else Finding CCBill Really Slow?
 

For the past few weeks I have been finding that CCBill is getting slower and slower. On occasions I don't get any figures at all!

This goes for both the client and affiliate stats. I get into the home page ok, get the Request Sent Waiting For Server Response message and then it just hangs and hangs, sometimes forever!

What used to be a five minute job getting my stats can now take over half an hour and/or many attempts.

Anyone else finding the same?

Always been slow as hell, even slower recently. They have the WORST website ever.

I've noticed that with IE things are a little bit better.

In any case...i strongly suggest getting NiftyStats, it's really worth the money as checking CCBill stats (and the others) gets done while you spend your time doing more important things...really a life saver.

What's IE :) I am Mac man through and through :)

I have to reload the affiliate stats about 10 times before the stats show up, I've already icq'd James at CCbill but he hasn't replied

yesh ccbill is very slow .... and sometime like you all it needs many attempts to got the stats.

I'm still using the old stats interface on CCBill and not seeing these problems.

Extremely slow to the point of no stats sometimes. It's always been slow to show stats on a desktop. The mobile site is fast :confused:

Ccbill seems to not give a shit at all. That is being at the top of the game, knowing they can leave shit alone, not listen to users/affiliates/associates complaints, because they know we'll always still need them, and use them :(

Here is a tip (if you hadn't already spotted it).

In Firefox or Safari there is an activity bar at the bottom of the page. Watch the activity as it goes through many stages inc admin.ccbill.com, googleanalytics, chat1d.livechatinc and back to admin.ccbill.com (or similar urls). If this area goes blank then the internal connections have been lost so immediately click the report again. If all the urls appear then the stats will. If it disappears, don't wait, start again as they never appear.

It's the chat1d.livechat link that seems to be the issue!

I hope this makes sense. I am sure CCBill know about this but a) refuse to admit it and b) don't seem to want to do anything about it.
