Come on you guys...start posting here

I like this forum. Its not like our niche is going tits up. Business is ok against all odds. I don't want to see this place go under. I think JScott has done a good job of keeping it alive. But it needs participation. Geoff, Toby, nylover. Lets just try and get conversations started. You never know what business that leads to.

Thanks man, that means a lot

Also, i agree, i miss the days when we had 10+ new productive, business-related topics going actively per week.

Overall though i see so many of the boards slowing down a bit, sucks to see, but we can change that if we really wanted to ;)

js69 12-07-2016 09:53 PM

a little controversy is good. It keeps boards hopping.

I can/will only post if I have something to say, want to comment on something, or have a question.

Would love to have more time but in reality that ain't going to happen.

js69 12-21-2016 05:57 PM

I post while I am working....rendering video...transferring video....like I am currently and don't want to tie up serious computer resources.

js69 12-21-2016 05:58 PM

If we get more business topics, we can make this forum active again.

jscott 12-22-2016 03:40 AM

Same here, i post and browse forums while waiting things to upload/download, or when need a break from typical webmastering.

Forums sometimes help make this job bearable, since it's more of a mixture of work related, with social, news, entertainments, arguments (lol) etc.

There you are..making me feel like the newbie i am. I wasn't even a webmaster i think when that happened :D :D

I agree guys, this is one kind of a forum. I mean, who else can understand our niche better than us? To be honest, i've never been too good in starting discussions... but i'll try harder :)

jscott 12-23-2016 05:46 AM

haha ya nyllover, all boards used to be moving SO much back in those days. I remember Boardtracker was still around, helping you keep up to date with whats' going on, on all the communities

Pornojunkies, justblowme, gofuckyourself, nnmasters, greenguyandjim, pornstarkings, anotheradultboard, sponsorchat, tranny-masters, legwebmasters, foogie, omfg there were toooooo many , and all so very active!!

js69 12-23-2016 03:30 PM

Netpond is gone.

jscott 12-25-2016 03:26 PM

The boards aren't what they used to be, not even close, but there is still biz taking place. I've obtained temp member passes to three different sites, all in different programs, over the last month. Two of the three were a direct result of webmaster boards. One here, and one via GreenGuy.

The third after hearing of a longggg time amateur solo girl site moving from a dead/dying CCBill multi-site program to single site CCBill program of her own. She contacted me after I signed up.

nyllover 12-30-2016 07:44 PM

I think forum are not what they used to be because of social networks... we have so much more ways to comunicate now, so maybe we tend to use forums a bit less.

But there is indeed still biz taking place :)

js69 12-31-2016 01:31 AM

Yes there is.

jscott 12-31-2016 06:53 PM

I agree about social networks, a few of us webmasters (a lot of us from old AskDamagex & BlackhatAdult forums) even have a channel on Slack that we talk, much more frequently than any forums
