Can anyone get onto the CCBIll Live Chat system? It used to be a reliable and great service but I haven't been able to get on it for weeks now.

I get the chat window but it stays blank and hangs. Tried it in Firefox and Safari but no joy.

I mailed them and they came back and said they weren't aware of any problems. So is it just us?

ccbill reply to everything = "all is fine on our end"
