Now here's a thing!
 

Much has been said on other threads about business levels but here are a couple of thoughts that I would like to bounce off everyone and get some opinions. I hope they are not too controversial.

First up - I hate Thursdays! Thursday has become the worst day of the week for sales. No matter how good the week is - Thursdays are ALWAYS shit!

Second - we hardly ever get "overnight sales" anymore!! It used to be exciting to get in the office in the morning and see the overnight sales. Now we get very, very few. Maybe one or two a week as opposed to 3-5 a night!

I would have to do some real analysis but I reckon these two things make up the majority of our sales shortfall.

We are on BST time by the way so our "day" is 07.00am to 07.00am which equates to 12 to 12 in the "USA".

So is it just Americans who are not signing up?

I think you will be fine. I like the Astrid program. She seems very genuine and I push that site pretty hard.

This... economy thing has not hit bottom yet imho. It will be interesting what sites continue to close and what sites will come out of this. I think the Astrid concept will be fine though.

I have always liked Amazing Astrid. Geoff does great work and is someone who I have always considered a colleague, not a competitor.
