Maybe I am being a bit thick (which is usual) but I don't understand the issue. They are an affiliate of ours and we have had sign ups through them. So what are they doing that's wrong?

Cots, instead of getting their own original design/site layout, they just took webgurl's site stockings-mania.com and copied her layout almost identically, it's a really shitty thing to do

For example, imagine somebody took NylonFreaks.com and copied your entire source code, images, etc etc, and then filled all the content/links with their own?
