CCBill Report Problem
 

I noticed this week that my Affiliate Sales column on my weekly webadmin reports was very low. I had received "A web partner has made a sale" notification emails so expected there may be a problem.

I checked individual sales and the affiliate figures were there. They are not in any of the summaries. A few are but not every one.

Anyone else spotted this error this week?

Oh and my sponsor sales from CCBill sponsors are way down this week. Could this be connected?

I've always wondered too if these things are connected. But their support usually claims everything is working totally fine.

I dont/wont check ccbill admin stats anymore, waste of time, it takes about 30mins to get it to load

They seem to have fixed the loading issue now. From last weekend it's loading pretty quick again. I have asked them some questions and am waiting for their response!

I was just checking, and it won't load my affiliate and merchant stats at all :(
