This guy selling his network of sites. He says they do about $4k/year, but he's asking for $9k usd. Seems a bit odd pricing, since at that rate you'll make your money back in over 2 years which is not that great.
I'm going to investigate it more, maybe there is more potential in his sites (hopefully)
