The problem is Thor that they have lied and been in denial of problems for so long we never know when to believe them!
To make matters worse I have just checked my reports and there seem to be transactions missing for today. I have had several "new sign up emails" since 8am (our start of day here) but the Today report says "no transactions to report". I checked and they haven't gone into yesterday - so where are they?
They drive me, and I suspect a lot of other webmasters, absolutely nuts!
