this thread I posted my top 5 leg/nylon/lingerie sponsors, those would all be examples of good tours.
You should have at least 10 to 12 hosted galleries & content zips to start with, then add 3 or 4 each month. Maintain an email list of affiliates and send out a notice each time you add promo content. That keeps your program in front of their faces. If at all possible include links to the new hosted galleries with each of their affiliate ID's already in the links. I know this is easy with CCBill, not so sure about the others.
Many processors offer affiliate program services, but to be honest most of them are seriously lacking in affiliate tools. I want to be able to track my sales by referring url, know what rebills are still active, etc.
