as i plan to make a affiliate program myself, this is what i have found on gfy what makes a good affiliate program:
-EMBEDDED VIDEOS (to easily put it into blogs)
-RSS FEEDS (do you guys think its helpful ?)
-VERY EASY TO USE
-FOR BANNERS A LOT OF DIFFERENT COLORS
-PAYOUT WITH EPASSPORT (do you guys prefer payouts in epassport ?)
-LOW PAYOUT LESS THEN US 200,--
-FULL ACESS TO MEMBERS AREA (could be dangerous if paysite contains mixed content like exclusive and licensed)
-WEEKLY UPDATED FHG WITH !!! DESCRIPTION
-MAKE THE FHGS THAT AFFILIATES CAN PUT THEIR TGP RECIP ON THE GALLERY (i am not sure how this should work, unless you give your affiliates a ftp access)
-EMAIL WEBMASTER WITH NEW PROMO CONTENT AND SPECIAL PAYOUTS
-WEEKLY PAYOUTS
-FHGS WITH LARGE HOSTED THUMBS
-EAT CHARGEBACKS INHOUSE ! (good content site should not have more than 2% chargeback and thats really affordable)
- FPAs and HPAs (i dont know if that makes sense, do you guys use them ?)
and finally: (this is very important for me because i originally come from hospitality industry):
Make your webmasters feel special and remotely important.!!!!!!!!!!
a good affiliate manger that spends time talking with your webmasters is key.
