Well the switch back to CCBill seems to have worked - well for me at any rate.
Maybe I had the wrong Epoch affiliate codes but zero sales via Epoch has gone to "several" on the CCBill side in just a few days. So something's worked.
No sales so far on Smoking Heaven but early days.
