It's something that i will just NEVER be able to accept. If you run an affiliate program, your very FIRST role is to HELP your affiliates, especially those that actually find the time to contact you (that's rare, believe me!).
On a side note...did you try only by e-mail or through other channels as well? Just saying...sometimes e-mails end up in the spam folder for no reason
