We've always had quite good service from Epoch, weird what is happening to you.
By the way...did anyone also noticed a progressive and constant drop in rebills? Our content didn't change in quality (actually improved), we even added some members area features (such as streaming videos, finally)...but rebills keep getting fewer and fewer...people seem to prefer the one shot option....did any of you notice this as well?
