My advice, is to spend 3 to 6 months, or more as needed, building and submitting galleries to other TGPs. When you get to the point that the galleries you submit are nearly always listed and they actually make sales, you are then ready to start building your own TGP. The lessons learned will be invaluable to you, and there is no quick start guide for learning them.
