It works, we do that in all our sites. Aff get paid from CCbill and don't need any Epoch account.
By the way, on one of our sites we set up, inside CCbill panel, the Epoch to CCbill cascade...and that works as well. CCbill does a redirect to Epoch (so that it's the first to be displayed). Affiliates still get credited
