I hate when they do that...
....so a member joined (bought a 2 months membership). After 10 minutes he sends an email saying "please cancel and refund me completely, the site is not what I was expecting".
BUT...he still downloaded 800 MB of pics and videos. How come it took him SO long before discovering the site wasn't what he expected? And how ON EARTH did he think to find something different, considering the public page of the site shows CLEARLY what is it all about? What do you do in these cases? So far I've emailed him asking to explain me better what he means...but I'm afraid he will chargeback if we don't cancel and refund... GOD i hate these people

You're right...and actually writing here while i was angry helped me to calm down and...issue the refund.
