Default Changing Server

I have decided to change server and the new server company gave me the details of how to download my site(s) from my present server to their server using the WHM panel.

The sites downloaded successfully and all files are on the new server. However, sites using php do not show and function properly. Sites without php are fine.
I have checked that php is installed on the new server.

Something must be missing.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Jay

Just about has to be a config issue with the new server. If it's a managed server I'd contact support to get the issue resolved.

I'd do the same or, if you want a bit more of help here, could you describe a bit more the issue?

your host should be able to fix this for you or advise you on how to proceed. Little issues can hang up site transfers and drop you in the shit. A good host should make it happen smoothly. Good luck.

I hire guys to fix my plumbing. I hire guys to fly me in planes. I hire mechanics to fix my cars. I have managed hosting. Everyone I know has had issues. One friend was hosting his and a bunch of others on his own unmanaged servers in Canada and crashed so badly, they were off for six weeks. It is perilous out here and I know I need that help. I take dirty pictures and movies and just don't do servers.
