Can anyone get into their CCbill admin??

Haven't been able to get in since yesterday afternoon. It's been down for a *little* while before, but this is kind of ridiculous!

It was really slow for me yesterday, stuck on the 'loading...' page after login. But just tried now and it's fine again. StatsRemote still worked, even when I couldn't get in via web admin.

I couldn't get in to either webadmin or affiliate admin. Same problem as Toby. I had a couple of member admin issues so wrote to CCBill Support and got this -

Dear Geoff,
Thank you for contacting the Client Support department. My name is Chris and I will be assisting you today.

You are experiencing a bug that came about yesterday. Our Programming department is working on getting this resolved as fast as they can. I apologize for this inconvenience. I have provided below information about that subscription though:

Still can't access affiliate admin or webadmin this morning

Paysite sales have been shocking the past 48 hours after 3 fantastic days prior to that. No affiliate based sales. Coincidence?

Coincidence...hmmmm... we also had 2 horrible days after an incredible February (almost our best month ever).... coincidence?

It works today for me now. I saw threads on a couple of other boards about this problem and someone suggested using the "classic" view (aka the OLD version of the admin) and I tried that yesterday and it worked.

Geoff, if you still can't get in, you might want to try that...?

Works here as well...funny thing is that today already is our best day for the last...2 weeks or so... ok ok i'm paranoid...but it's a "funny" coincidence...

I actually took a closer look at my February stats and I am doing a lot better then I thought. My sales were up about 40% over last year right across the board through Feb after my January year over year revenue was down 34%.

I guess I should quit pissing and moaning and just continue doing what I'm doing...

A regular pattern seems to be emerging here. The last few days of a month and the first week of the next always seem to be very slow. Then there is a real boom until the end of the month again.

Just folks having no credit on the cards until they have paid? What do you think?

I see the same pattern with sales as an affiliate. Maybe they pay their main bills as a priority when they get paid at the end of the month, then decide they have some cash to play with later. Also some countries may have a mid month pay date as well, but not sure exactly which ones.
