Got this a few days ago:

On September 12th, 2012, we are terminating your virtual store agreement with the Empire Webmaster Program, pursuant to section 13.1 of the terms of your agreement with the Empire Webmaster Program.

Attention: Empire Webmaster Virtual Stores Program is closing.

You are receiving this email because you are or were at one time a member of the Empire Webmaster Virtual Stores Program. Unfortunately,
it has become apparent to us that we cannot maintain the current system while providing webmasters with a quality product. On September 12th, 2012,
we are terminating your virtual store agreement with the Empire Webmaster Program, pursuant to section 13.1 of the terms of your agreement with the Empire Webmaster Program.

( “ Section 13.1 This License agreement will begin effective upon the date you click I ACCEPT . . and will continue in effect until terminated by either party.
The Licensee or the Company may terminate this License agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written (such as e-mail) notice of termination…. “ )

Your final commission check will be mailed the first week of October. You will be able to access your webmaster stats until October 31st 2012.

If you have an active store linked from your website, please take the next week to remove links to your store.
