Please be aware that on September 19, 2012 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) and 12:00 a.m., a number of reports within the CCBill Admin Portal will be unavailable. More specifically, the following reports will be inaccessible during the 6-hour maintenance window as we upgrade the reporting system. Affected reports: Quickstats Form Hits Growth Rate All Stats Credit/Check Transactions Expirations Cancellations (Reasons & Source) Outgoing Transactions Incoming Transactions Telephone Billing Transactions Decline Reason Conversions Declines - For Sponsors Webmaster Check Amounts Active Members Scheduled Rebills This maintenance will also make the Datalink Extract Affiliate transaction type unavailable. However, no transactional systems will be affected by this maintenance window. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. Should you experience any prolonged instances of inaccessible reports following this maintenance, please contact Client Support at clientsupport@ccbill.com. Thank you for your attention to this matter, CCBill Management |

Don't need reports as we have no sales today. Why does it always happen that "maintenance" that won't affect sign ups etc always does?

I agree with you Geoff, but maybe they need to do more than a "normal" maintenance.

The problem is Thor that they have lied and been in denial of problems for so long we never know when to believe them!
To make matters worse I have just checked my reports and there seem to be transactions missing for today. I have had several "new sign up emails" since 8am (our start of day here) but the Today report says "no transactions to report". I checked and they haven't gone into yesterday - so where are they? They drive me, and I suspect a lot of other webmasters, absolutely nuts! |

Since 2000 i still working with ccbill and in this time we have a lot of problems with. Tons of denial emails, tons of emails which said my credit card not working with ccbill, it`s absolutely horrible! But ccbill is like google. The main payment system which the guys know and trust.

I think the trust of the consumer is vital and keeps many of us with CCBill. Their affiliate system is also strong. I guess we have to come to terms with their back end. If they have lost significant revenue, as I think we all have, then they have less to invest in new systems etc.
