Aren't toplists obsolete by now?

I still get some decent traffic from a few niche toplists, but none are stocking/nylon specific. Mostly boots or latex niche

One of my long time trade partners has the following list on one of his stocking TGPs. I have not tried any of them myself, so I have no idea what kind of traffic they produce.
