Its -10 around here, and fools that we were, we just drove a jeep more than half way to the Rockies through snowy mountain passes, to walk 750 meters straight up mountains in a hundred cm of snow.
Maybe porn makes you crazy. Ah well, a month and a half in the tropics is just around the corner.
I think it might even be a little chilly where Toby is right now as well.

Funny, you ask what are we doing to get away, I'm in 30C weather now, I live in 30C everyday weather, but I'm heading home to Chicago to "the windy city" for xmas/nye LOL

I used to live in the Middle East and it got up as high a 53 degrees. I just loved going home to London for a change of climate and a walk in the rain.

Ya I do miss different seasons.

1 great thing about the Midwest USA is we have 4 seasons, that is the real treat, compared to all year round 90-100F degree weather

We are in the middle of a major storm here, our first for many years. The whole island is on red alert (the highest) for high winds (100kpm plus, thunder, lightening and torrential rain. There is already substantial flooding and the worst isn't due to get here until 1-2pm today and last for another 24 hours. It's horrendous! Just waiting for the electric to go off which is inevitable!
