PornBB - my dispute with content theft

My nickname is "pisias" there. I asked (very kindly) for removing my content...

And look what's going on there... He is throwing mud at me..

Guy called himself a theft. Copyright owner (me) contacted him and kindly asked for removing his stuff and then theft became abusive.
Who will win? God guy (me?) or bad guy (theft) ???

Are we living in civilised world? BTW this guy (theft) lives in Germany.. which I considered as most civilised country in this region.

You won't get anywhere going after the forums. You need to DMCA the actual file sharing host to remove the content.

My friends,

Yesterday afternoon I sent DMCA to:

1. DepositFiles and they deleted my content within 1 hour
2. Imagebam and my photos were removed within 1-2 hours
3. Imagevenue... never replied and content was not removed
4. Oron - usually they were taking down within 1-2 hours. In this case they didn't remove my content. No reply.

I think after Dotcom was released from prison they can feel untouchable now.
The father of piracy was not punished - this means piracy is legal.

Kim MegaPirate may have been released from jail, but he's still essentially a prisoner in his own rented mansion.

The issue with Oron is that they're based in Russia, so there's little local support for copyright enforcement.

This German guy is my special "target" I just want him to catch and punish
in legal way.

He used to post my material to PornBB.org. After my kindly request to remove
my material he started to throw mud on me in public.
Then his thread was reported by me and it was deleted by admin. And he
started a "war" against me at other forums.
He purchases membership using fraudulent credit cards and then he makes
"chargebacks"
He is still active member of my sites but I can't investigate him.
He runs several blogs where he posts copyrighted material.

He was one of founders of only-nylon.org where tons copyrighted stuff were
posted and was available for members who paid via PayPal

the oron owner is a german.... but some russian people runs it from him.
he sitting in germany and the only thing he do is collecting tons of money.

also oron owns pornbb and forumophilia

oron buyed it a over a year ago for hundret thousands of dollars for each forum
