They are not the first and I am sure they won't be the last. I don't promote them so at the moment it doesn't affect me.

I think the broader issue is that sponsors are looking to leverage more revenue, whilst at the same time affiliates need sites that work for them. 50% of the sign up is still 50%!

Rebill rates are falling so fast that they are becoming peripheral income anyway. I have mentioned before that Failed Rebill rates are running as high as 27% on some of our sites. Add that to that the fact that more members are cancelling within 5 mins of joining a site and it's a double whammy.

I am sooooo tempted to charge more to join for one month on a non-recurring option. What do others think? If the average revenue comes out the same there is no loss. However if the higher price cuts conversion we lose.
