Denials/Failed Rebills
December saw an all time high for Denials/Failed rebills via CCBill
The figure for the month was 13% for the two (13% each that is). That's an awful lot of lost business!! Oh for the days when it was 2-3%
I am looking at Epoch but no matter how hard I try I get no response or even worse no follow up from their initial response.
WTF?
