Verotel contact info?

Anyone have contact info for Verotel? aside from that email they have in our admin?

I emailed them about a problem, my payments are much less than what the invoice says, have you checked that yours are ok?

I get no reply from them

how old are the payments. if older as 8 months or so you lost the money.
they changed sometings in the terms. i lost a lot of money with verotel. (old payments with over 1k usd)

i used this mail got every time an reply, but it can take up to 1 week

Well, I get weekly wires from verotel, and they are always on time

Thing is, the money I get is a lot lower than I'm supposed to be getting, for example, Friday I was supposed to get a $600 wire, but I got like $255 instead

I worked with Verotel and I hated this ...they take cash every months and there is no support contact after the set up ...why won't you start with Epoch Jscott ??

Well, I need affiliate payouts, i'm receiving like half of what I'm supposed to be getting

So it's the sites I'm promoting who are on verotel, so it's not my decision

AmeliaG : Probably not. Promoted a couple. Found the interface cumbersome, as was pointed out. Asked a support question about whether I had multiple accounts or merged ones, as I couldn't tell from their system and was having a bit of trouble with it, and they told me they could close account per my request, which was completely not what I asked. I've never received a Verotel check.

MRock : Verotel kicks ass in my opinion. Got 5 sites with them. Never a problem.

fatfoo : working fine

cykoe6 : It is pretty telling when a certain processor (who shall remain nameless) actually pays someone that a new thread is required to mark the big event.

pr0 : These are the same type of threads i saw when "Ibill" started having issues. Not trying to make a parallel at all, just stating my experience with the past.

Dailydiapers : first time in 3+ years they have missed a payment, and they caught it up and paid me early for this week, so giving them a chance.

Shoplifter : I got my wire on time this week, but it was light. I guess it is not just the ACH guys who are having issues.
