Best way to add streaming video

We would like to add streaming video to our tour pages (and then create FH video galleries)...what's the best way to do it?
I've tried converting a short part of a Full HD WMV video to FLV, but the quality came out really really bad...is there any way to, say, stream MP4 files?

Might sound a newbie question but well...that's what i am

yes try the JWplayer works like a charm

JW player is great. Telestream Episode is a fantastic compression and conversion programme.

I am on Macs and use 4stream converter. If you play around with the seeings you can get some very high quality flvs from mp4!

Sorenson Squeeze is what I use for conversion, and then JWPlayer or FlowPlayer, they both work great, just see what one has the 'look' you want and the features you need. If it is just playing video, they both will do just that w/o a hitch.

I've tried Sorenson Squeeze... just amazing! Great results and easy to use! Still need to set up a few things on the tour, but i'll post the results once it's done

Wow, nice stuff! Italian babes are hot. I was there in 2001 and I couldn't stop looking at all the beautiful women. I'd love to go back and meet one.

Anyways, the vids look good and load pretty quickly for me. Some of them seem pretty short though.

Probably that server isn't "fast as light" indeed...and that's why some of them are short...
