The bottom line is that in Japan, all content that is legally shot *must* be censored. I know there is tons of content out there that is uncensored but it is not legal. These publishers/producers are banking on the models or production companies not seeing this uncensored content published.
We do have hosted flvs. The writer are just working on the descriptions and tags for the dumps at the moment. I expect they'll be finished within a week.
