Running 3rd Party Affiliate Schemes

Does anyone have a good business model for running affiliate programmes for 3rd party sites i.e not one of ours. Alternatively can you point me in the direction of any stuff?

Don't be confused LOL! You hit the nail on the head! I don't want to be an affiliate manager as such. Just considering various options for making cash and running full on affiliate programmes for selected sites my be one of them.
