Is this a legit affiliate?

They signed up to my affiliate program and I was looking at their site and I'm confused. Aren't model pictures suppose to be linked to the models SITES?? But looking at that site, when I click on model pics I'm taken to these other sites and hit with pop-ups. NOT the models sites.

It looks a scam but I did check links that I know (lady sonia, all the tease sites and miss nylon) an they all looked legit affiliate links going to the correct sites.

Sometimes it's really difficult to tell what's real and what isn't.
