I know one or two of you here promote sites from this sponsor (Holly Randall etc) so wonder if you can help me out?

I have been promoting their sites for a while and have built up a fair few US$s in commissions. The problem is that I have never been paid. I think the issue is that I didn't complete some non US citizen tax forms at the beginning.

When I visit the site and click on Support I just get white pages. I have done this in Safari and Firefox but the same thing happens. So

a) has anybody ever been paid by this sponsor?
b) can anybody access their support page(s)
c) Does anyone have a relationship with "Rodeo Danger" and can tell him to get in touch with me re payment?
