Has OT Cash given up on affiliate program?

I'm not seeing where they're doing any significant self-promotion. Nothing on the big tubes, so not sure where they're getting traffic. I used to do quite well with them, rebills off the hook. That all went south a few years ago. I still toss a few galleries up now and then, just to test the waters.

The sites seem to be updating daily with new content, so it's a bit of a mystery.
