Just signed up with Kristen (affil. mgr) last night, they niched out their fhgs, stockings/pantyhose, which is solid, not a ton of promo in that niche, would like them to setup a tour for respective niche gals, but should still do good. Is a nubiles program, they have been nothing less than great in my past experience in other niches (teen, nude art etc). Will update you in 30 days, let you know how they did. Cheers

Not a great month for me so far but solid. 2556 unique clicks (from my own galleries not FHGs) and 4 sign ups with a conversion rate of 1:638.

I have had far better results. A few months ago conversion was in the region of 1:250. For 2010 as a whole 53 sign ups, from 23383 uniques conversion 1:441

So pretty good. Certainly in my top 15 but has shown a slow down recently which, personally, I put down to some well below average models. Dreadful in fact. I won't promote them and as they are at the front of the tour I see a major drop in conversion.

Sorry to be naive guys, and I am a willing learner, but what is the problem with that?

A bit of tube promotion is no bad thing for the sponsors themselves IMHO and I wouldn't see this as a reason for a drop in affiliate sales as there is only a few short videos on that site.

So am I right in thinking that Toby is saying that if a sponsor does any promotion of his site himself then he is dropped from Toby's sites? That's the way it's coming across.

If that's the case it seems a very short sighted and selfish attitude. It reads "you can only promote your site through mine (or your affiliate scheme) and no other way is allowed. That can't be right surely?

I pulled links because they were self-promoting on an ILLEGAL tube site network.

Bottom line: they are helping thieves monetize the traffic gained by all the stolen full length clips on those sites. If they're going to knowingly do business with thieves then I will not do business with them.

We were the first to develop a free tube script (http://tubescript.nubiles.net) that is strictly for running legit tubes. We do not allow people to run sites where the content doesn't link to the sponsor. We require tubes to link to our site if they use our content (that's the way it should have always been). After a lot of hard work we are finally getting the big tubes to link directly to us the right way. Our webmaster clips were already being uploaded to the tubes by surfers, so we are just ensuring that we are being promoted legally. As a result, we have seen a change in direction on the big tubes, and that is a good thing!

Bottom line, Pornhub network sites are still illegal tubes. Allowing them to make money as an affiliate from your content makes you a partner in their content theft.

You may see it as a business decision, but I see it as a matter of ethics. I will not do business with sponsors that help illegal tubes, torrents, file trading forums, or any other site that relies on pirated content, to monetize their traffic.

I am with Toby on this. Your excuse is lame. You are fucking the rest of us...including you in the long run. Sure, I will buy guns for bank robbers for a piece of the action...as long as I don't have to rob the bank.
