I promoted a couple of these sites, years ago as a separate CCBill program. I think CL-Erotic was the name at the time. Original content, eastern European.

When I checked out this program a while back it was just a bit too 'teen' for my taste, and most of the content seemed to be models posing in costumes rather than genuine fetish content by someone that knows the specific niche.
