I used to do OK with this site a few years ago but there has been no new promo stuff for ages

Same for her other site fetisch-photos.com

I did OK with them, whenever there was new promo, but that was infrequent.

The hosted galleries all went 404 last month, so everything already removed from my sites.

I've not seen this much with indie programs, some leave the site up with a disabled join page until all existing memberships have expired. Damn few have kept the site open and accepting memberships after closing the affiliate program.

The ones I've seen closing programs and leaving the sites running have been larger programs, that do their own payouts. Close the affiliate program and keep all the rebills, plus continue to get traffic from all the affiliate links still out there on the Interwebs.
