Dear affiliates. I am sorry to inform you that as of 10-19-2012 i must change the affiliate pay out structure, I will no longer offer a re-bill pay out. You will only get paid on the first initial sign up at 50%. Thank you for your business. Regards Zoli

I forgot about this shit, is anyone still pushing even tho there will be no rebills ?

Wow, well, ummmmm, I won't be promoting them, and to be totally honest, I have NO IDEA why anyone would have any interest in promoting a site that gives 50% on 1st sale and no rebills.

They are pretty ballsy, for going that route, they basically closing their affiliate program with this news. (while still keeping current affiliate traffic/links and buried links)

They are not the first and I am sure they won't be the last. I don't promote them so at the moment it doesn't affect me.

I think the broader issue is that sponsors are looking to leverage more revenue, whilst at the same time affiliates need sites that work for them. 50% of the sign up is still 50%!

Rebill rates are falling so fast that they are becoming peripheral income anyway. I have mentioned before that Failed Rebill rates are running as high as 27% on some of our sites. Add that to that the fact that more members are cancelling within 5 mins of joining a site and it's a double whammy.

I am sooooo tempted to charge more to join for one month on a non-recurring option. What do others think? If the average revenue comes out the same there is no loss. However if the higher price cuts conversion we lose.

Interesting one?

A slightly higher premium for the non-recurring option is something I've seen do quite well on many sites. Lady Sonia being the first that comes to mind.

Although to be honest, my sales with Lady Sonia have been on a steady decline for some time now, but I think that is due to numerous other factors since the pricing structure hasn't changed in ages.

Overall, rebills on recurring sales have been steady for me. Same for percentage of non-recurring vs recurring sales.

the higher price for non recurring is a red herring. Just join rebilling and cancel right away. Save some money.
As for Zoli. Its tough and aff marketing is expensive. I guess those that stick around selling him will have less competition and maybe make more money is what he is hoping.
My affiliates still do very well for us. When I hear that people are bailing I kind of take it with a grain of salt and it seems to be a bit of chest beating by a few dick swingers.
However, we spend much more time generating our own traffic which is doing very well and don't need ccbill headaches.

Just to clear a few things up. I have affiliates who work very hard promoting zoligirls and send between 7 to 12 steady sign ups per week, These affiliates have been bumped up to 70% on first and all recurring billing. The rest of you guys who are pushing 200 sites at once don't care about one client in particular and i don't blame you. You promote tens and hundreds of sites so with every sale you make some change, I figured that my hard earned money should be split between the few who actually spend the extra effort to Promote zoligirls, instead of throwing me in a huge pot with 100's of other sites and see what sticks. Its nothing personal people as i have heard many of you say in the past its just business. You guys are too quick to remove links 50% is just not enough for you. The ones who moaned the most have never actually sent me any sales to begin with. Times have changed its not as e-z to make money as it was back in the day. If you want to make 70% of my money you have to show me that you are going to work for it.The way some of you are promoting now, you don't even deserve 25% Its time to wake up people. 25% 50% 70% i don't care its only money. If i,m here 6 more months i'm happy if i,m here 6 more years Super. If i close tonight it dont matter. Zoligirls has brought joy to many and i,m good with that.....

Sorry Zoli, i can`t understand this. Important is that you building up the confidence in your affiliate partners. It`s fatal if you abuse this!
I know the time to earn money with websites is hard but if you think you could cut your affiliate partner the time will be harder for you!

Well, the only positive I see here is that at least Zoligirls sent a mailer letting affiliates know about these changes.

Nowdays in this industry, I think majority wouldn't just change to no rebills without any notification.

That said, Zoli I can add your url to the sponsors list here if the webmaster refs are 5% for sales/rebills all? or does this cut off too?

Also, 1 more opinion of mine, Zoli are you very satisfied with your current affiliate situation? Those affiliates that you are giving 70% for all sales/rebills, I really hope you can keep them for a LONG time.

Bcos under the current no rebills-setup you have, you will not be getting anymore new affiliate interested in pushing Zoligirls.

15 small affiliates sending 2 or 3 sales per month = 1 affiliate sending 30-45 a month.

It all adds up the same. I'm failing to see the logic.

Ouch man, really... ouch. You said you don't care, it's only money, but you still do this to the community? Now affiliates that had links up for years are going to have to either do a lot of work to find them and take them down or leave them up and lose out on money they could have made. And you say some of those people don't deserve even 25%? Being a webmaster is not as easy as it was a few years back. Being a paysite owner is not as easy either but you only gain from having people promote your site.

So... anybody that is or becomes an affiliate of Fetish Fortune message me before Dec 1st 2012 and I'll give you 65% for new sales and recurring sales. PM me, e-mail me, skype me, or ICQ me, and I'll get you hooked up.

Hi Toby, to be honest our in-house side has really been strong over the last couple of years and more than outgrown the decline on the affiliate side and there are many reasons for this but pricing is right up there at the top. Personally I think that 2005 pricing on sites is now *way* out of date and just to confirm this we had our biggest ever sales day since the site launched in 1998 earlier this year (John will happily confirm this) with a few ideas, tweeks and changes at this end.

Just a few points, 2005 pricing *is* a struggle (yes it can make sales but at 2005 levels? You are pulling your own leg). We do have a discount option for affiliates and if any affiliates here are pushing us and want to carry on with that please drop me or John a line and we will bump you up to 60% payout too.

Also, MGP sales (with wmv clips) is all but dead for us. TGP sales (pics and hybrid MP4 video trailer) are better and in 2012 our two biggest affiliates are both Tubes (baa, humbug, fucking tubes killing sales, etc).

Twitter, Tumblr and FB sales *KILL* TGP and MGP sales stone dead.

2012 is very different to 2005 and it staggers me how many are still trying to sell with 2005 methods and sales pitch. See what's happened in the high street? Well we started doing this in the 1980's recession and right up until recent times price and value wasn't an issue with porn but it is now.

We have been doing a lot here and and a few other sites around us have too. If you are a site owner there are LOADS of sales out there but it's 2012 now and they way you sell has to be 2012 too. We are not into "bullshitting" in the desperate hope of picking up affiliates. We have done very well over the years and this is the homeward stretch for us now. We are still having fun and will be doing this for as long as that fun continues. If you are an affiliate of ours and need anything or need any help at all please do get in touch and we *also* love to hear from other paysite owners too so that we can work together (this REALLY works well).

Offering a pps soltion would of been the better option if you beleive your shit is good, instead of fucking your affiliates over.

The last time you even emailed affiliates any galleries was back in jan, really man, SGS is the best are giving its affiliates content to promote month on month you get an email to with galleries to promote them with.

Maybe you feel let down by your affiliates, but you only have yourself to blame at the same time for letting down your affiliates by now giving them tools to promote you with.
