StatsRemote: Abandoned?

It appears that Neil from StatsRemote, for reasons unknown, is no longer maintaining the program. The regular Tuesday updates haven't been happening, the last one was Nov 15th. Support requests have gone unanswered. As of this morning the program will not load, due to an expired SSL certificate preventing login. The statsremote.com domain is due to expire later this month.

I've been using SR since 2005, so I hate to bail, but it's become an essential tool that saves me many hours monthly. I canceled my recurring billing this morning.

NiftyStats is about the only other option available. I've downloaded their one month trial and am in the process of downloading stats for my active programs. CCBill is the biatch, huge amount of data, and a slow download on their end. Not really how I'd intended to spend my day.

Sucks... i was lucky enough to choose Niftystats back in the days, but i can imagine how it feels for you.
The good news is, nifty has a top notch support, so for anything you might need, just contact them and they will help you quickly. Also when a program doesn't work, you have the option to send them a message within the software and they will fix it kinda soon.

Another thing i like, is that they can add programs if you ask to. They added a few after my suggestion (clips4sale was one), and that only makes the tool even more valuable.

Who knows...with all the new money they will make now, maybe they will improve the software even more.

I chose NiftyStats too, but cancelled it middle last year

Really shocking to see Statsremove situation, never thought they'd be going down like this.
