Default Failed/Declined Rebills

Don't know about you guys, but we are having a mare with failed rebills this month. Two more today made me go and do some analysis and so far 24% of all possible rebills have been declined. Given rebills are a really important part of growing a web business 24% decline rate is unbelievable!

What is the typical decline percentage on rebills?

I don't see declines in the affiliate admin, but I do track the number of rebills as a percentage of recurring sales. Typical is about 105% to 110% or just a few more rebills per month than new recurring sales. Month to date my aggregate CCBill numbers are tracking in that same range.

Hi Toby. The last time I looked closely at this, failed rebills ran at about 12%. They have doubled in the last few months. On Glamour Images I don't seem to have your success on rebills neither. I get very good recurring sign ups but despite this, rebills have a downward trend in general. In March I had 20 less rebills than January and thats after sign ups in three figures in Jan and Feb (so rebills due in March)

All very frustrating.
