Chicken & Egg - More members

Hi Guys

I am sure many of you feel the same but we need more members here, especially active ones! The problem is there is not enough activity to attract new members but we need new members. Chicken and egg as they say.

How can we recruit more people, keep them here, and get much more activity going?

What say we all 1) post more and 2) get, say, 10 new members each?

And, my only other input is that I can do anything, ANYTHING, suggestions or requests on making this forum better, on the design side, or technical side
So really, if anything at all just request/suggest to me

I think the forum is great! We just need a lot more activity, items/discussions of interest, maybe just social chat. If we get that started then other webmasters will join, stay and get involved.

Let's all of us give it a go and try to get more members!

I try when I can, ( and when the topic is quite general ) to relay some topics via my Twitter, and so via facebook to attract more members ...
But the best would be to have a twitter for this forum and a facebook group ( You know many persons we both know have it , included U )....

Yes sure ...with all knowledges here, we can surely make a great job
Well I can do this in the week as I ahve two free days before to restart work ...I can also ask Nick ( my hubby ) to make a Myspace profile for the forum

Well I have already added one new member (won't say who until he pops in to say hi) and will mail another load of buddies when I get a bit more time next week.

Anyone got a moment to set up our own Twitter account? That would be a good start too. I will do it next week if no one can do it before. Maybe we could do a Facebook Group/Fan page as well?

I saw his comments via my mail notification and whilst I agree with a lot of his comments I think he missed the point.

My idea is to simply promote the forum not our sites. As such I would never see any pics being posted, just tweets that would attract people here.

PS : sorry about the comment of Nick, he is a photographer, and earn many cash with it because very critic against his work, but of course elseone work ...
his conception of it is technical, artistic and really far from I was thinking
