My mod blacklisted

Hey boarders.

Hope your all well. A couple questions for the more seasoned pro's If I may!

First off, my sales sucked ass this week my clicks are about the same as last week but I have minimal conversions, wish as I might this may be a problem with Ccbill, I think I'm just wishful! Anyone else have major blowage this week?

Secondly. Over at cheer I have had an issue with my mod. He can still moderate, can access my board and look at topics but he cannot post. I have edited his permissions, forced reactivation, deleted him, added him, banned him and then unbanned him to try and clear the system but nothing works. He keeps getting a message saying he is blacklisted. This is not from us (he is a good mod lol) we do not have blacklisting on the board (to intensive) any ideas greatly received.
