How The Fuck Do You Cancel Pennywize?

Has anybody tried/succeeded in cancelling a Pennywize subscription?

I stopped using them over four months ago but cannot find anyway to cancel their monthly fees. I looked right through their site and have requested support four times. I haven't had one reply. I even asked my bank to recharge all their monthly fees - but I still got charged again this month!!!

For a company that claims to protect us from fraud they seem pretty fraudulent themselves, which is a real pisser.

Any ideas anyone?

It sounds like they're on auto-pilot and no one is minding the shop. Many secondary vendors have had to focus their time on other sources of income, leaving a gaping hole in their product and customer support. JMB Software (TGPX) is another prime example.
