I wasn't aware he was even still active in adult. He hasn't done much with the sites in ages, sites appeared to be on auto-pilot. Plus, I don't think there is all that much content, which is likely part of the problem. I conversed back and forth a little with Bill when he first launched Shoe Kittens. He had some odd ideas, and his posts on GreenGuy's board a few years back ruffled more than a few feathers.
